Ultimately, you don’t just judge a recruitment consultant on the effectiveness with which they match a candidate with a given job, or just how effectively they manage the recruitment process. They need to show that they’re not just shifting units and hitting their numbers of CVs submitted but that they understand that people’s careers matter - will this person in that role be happy and able to grow in the longer term? For me, Jack delivered a masterclass on Recruitment Done Right, covering all the bases. Communication was always timely and friendly, he handled rescheduling and other issues quickly and effectively and it was brilliant to be able to rely on proper feedback after interviews. There are very few professionals in this industry who bring such a high level of effectiveness to the table along with a great mix of a very positive attitude and an extremely friendly manner and I look forward to working with him as we hire new people in my new role.
